He is also our certified real-estate agent which enables us to sell some of our properties directly to families and investors saving the real-estate agents commission. Ram has a passion for building cost effective quality houses.
Noble
Mechanical Engineer with Masters in IS, ICT Manager & Investor
Noble has an Engineering background with double masters and a year of research experience. He worked with Multinational organisations overseas and in various private and public organisations in Australia. Noble has vast experience and exposure to import and export. This includes sourcing building materials, high end home furnishing and home decorative items, unique latest products and materials including lighting etc. Noble travels frequently to the source to get the best quality materials from China and other countries specifically for Australian Market. Noble has been an investor over the years driven by creative ideas and solutions. Noble has a passion for building creative, architectural aesthetic, low energy consumption housing. Noble also handles all the IT parts of the company with some of the financing, administrative, sales and marketing aspects.

Civil Engineer with Masters in Civil and Environmental Engineering
Worked as Program manager on billion dollar mining and mining-construction projects with a keen eye on technical details. Sen has got a passion for building biggest possible premium affordable luxury houses with best sturdy structure, building materials to comply and sometimes exceed the Australian Standards – Built to Last.

We are a 100% Queensland friends & family owned and operated company. We have been in operation from 2016 and we have been steadily growing. The company is owned by shareholders who also work for the company with the right combination of skills, knowledge and experience for a property building and construction company. We have Civil Engineer with structural and environmental background, Certified Accountant with finance and mortgage experience and Engineer with Investments, importing, logistics, material sourcing with sales and marketing knowledge and experience.
