Initial Client Meeting
We will meet with you to discuss your dream home requirements in detail and gain a clear understanding of your vision, so we can help turn it into reality. If possible, it's best to meet at the property site, as this allows us to get a feel for the space, understand the room sizes, and better visualize how the final home will look once completed.
Concept Design
If you already have your own design, we’ll review it thoroughly and provide insights on its practical feasibility and viability. If you don’t have a design yet, no worries — we can connect you with one of our trusted architects who will work with you to create a beautiful and functional dream home tailored to your needs.
Project Estimation
Once the architectural plan is designed and finalized by the architect, we collect it from you and use it as the basis to prepare a detailed project estimate. We obtain quotes from all relevant trades and suppliers in advance, ensuring that the pricing we provide is accurate, transparent, and reflective of current market rates.
Building Approval
Once you approve the pricing and the contract agreement is signed, we will prepare and submit the necessary documentation to a private certifier. This step is essential to obtain formal Building Approval from the local council, allowing us to proceed with construction.
Construction
Now it's time to turn the concept into reality. Before construction begins, several preliminary preparations are carried out on-site to ensure a smooth start. Throughout the construction process, we keep you engaged and involved in key decisions — such as finalizing electrical layouts, selecting flooring, fittings, and appliances — so your home truly reflects your vision.
Handover
Handing over your dream home is a moment of immense joy and satisfaction for us. At this stage, we walk you through the entire house, providing useful tips and best practices to help you maintain your new home. We also take the time to explain the various fittings and fixtures, ensuring you understand their functions and how to use them effectively.
